Luyện nghe bài hát The First Christmas (1950 Version)

Hi and girls, I'm Perry Como,
And I'm gonna tell you the wonderful story in the whole world,
The of the First Christmas!

Now suppose you believe this is many, many years ago,
A long time you were born!
You're standing on a hillside, near a little in Palestine,
Do you see the man in the distance, walking slowly, leading a
His is Joseph!
And on the donkey is Mary.
They've a long, long way,
And heading for the town near the hillside,
On we're standing!
Something special will happen in this town tonight!
For is the little town of Bethlehem!

Oh town of Bethlehem,
How we see thee lie,
Above thy and dreamless sleep,
The stars go by!
Yet in thy streets shineth,
The light!
The hopes and of all the years,
Are met in tonight!

Now let's follow Joseph and Mary Bethlehem,
getting dark and all the rooms at the Inn are taken,
So spend the night at a stable.
Now I told you something was gonna happen, and it did!
A baby boy is to Mary,
And they him Jesus.
They had no baby's crib, so Mary little Jesus to sleep,
In the soft hay of a manger!

Come, come, to the manger,
Little Lord Jesus is born on day!

Now Jesus lies in the manger asleep,
Let's tiptoe back to the near Bethlehem,
Where the tend their flock.
All at the Shepherds are frightened,
be frightened too,
Because a great suddenly shines in the sky!
Even the animals are and still,
But you hear the voice of an Angel of the Lord!
And no longer frightened,
For the brings good news,
News of a Saviour this day,
News of the Lord!

The First Noel! the did say,
Was to certain Shepherds,
In as they lay,
Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel!
Born is the of Israel!

Now and girls,
Remember, we're still believe we're with the Shepherds and the Angel,
On the near Bethlehem.
The ask the Angel,
to find the Christ-child ?
And the Angel tells to go to the manger.
And as they leave the sky is filled with others singing,
to God! On earth Peace, Goodwill, to Men!

The hurry to the manger,
on their knees before the baby,
And worship him!
For He is the Lord!

Oh! all ye faithful,
and triumphant!
Oh ye, Oh! Come ye, to Bethlehem!
Come and Him,
the King of Angels,
Oh! let us adore Him,
Oh! Come let us Him,
Oh! let us adore Him,
the Lord!

And now, look up the sky!
See that bright star in the heavens ?
Far away, three men are looking at that star as we are!
They're on camels,
And they're using the star as a guide to lead to the Christ-child.
Who are these men who follow the star ?
Let's out!

We Three of Orient are,
gifts, we traverse afar,
Field and fountain, and mountain,
yonder star!

That's right and girls,
The men on the camels are the three wise men,
The new star them to Bethlehem,
To a baby lying in a manger!
the three wise men present gifts to the Christ-child,
The first Christmas gifts given to anyone,
A of gold, of frankincense, and of Mir!
The wise men fall on knees to worship Him,
A peace settles on the night,
For it's the Night!

Silent night, night,
All is calm, all is bright,
yon virgin mother and child,
Holy so tender and mild!
Sleep in peace,
in heavenly peace!

When we Christmas,
Think of Bethlehem, the Virgin Mary, the three men,
And the of the Christ-child!
The Christmas!

Oh! let us adore Him,
the Lord!
