Got me thinking better days.

Time to our lifestyle, look how we live.
Smokin' like it ain't no thang,
so kids wanna try now,
lie down and get ran through.

Nobody watched 'em clockin the man do,
with the demons,
addicted to hearin screamin,
Guess we was evil birth,
product of semens.

Cause even our birthdays is days,
A thug in the first place, The worst ways.
I'd to see the block in peace,
no more dealers and crooked cops,
the way to stop the beast.

And we can change,
It's up to us to up the streets,
It the same.
Too murders,
too many funerals and too many
Just seen brother buried,
plus I him for Years.

Passed by his family, but could I say?
Yo' head up and try to keep the faith
Try To The Faith.

Who would've that in my future years,
I'd be stressin, say the ghetto's a sick and corrupted,
Plus my P.O. won't let me with the brother I grew up with.

Try to my head up and stay strong.
All my homies Ilello all day long,
But wrong, So I'm solo and so broke.
Savin up for some Jordan's cause Dope.

I got a girl and I ger but she broke too,
And so am I. I Can't take her to places she go to.
So we argue and fight, all day and night.
passionate love 'til the daylight.

Plus we to get evicted, can't pay the rent.
Guess it's time to see who is yo' friend.
Tell me you and I'm amazed,
So many blessings we stressin.

But can I say, Keep yo' head up and
Try to the faith,
Try to the faith,
Try to the faith.

Square fools, Since back in school,
we was true, me and you parted or separeted,
we faded.
with gangbanger and still made it.

Up in the gym, mess with me, mess with him.
Still dressin like grown men rollin.
I to dark, smoking Newports, gamin marks.
Got a place in my heart, stay smart.

you up in the pen,
and gave you to ten.
I send you letters with flicks of old friends.
Hopin you well, I it's hell doin time in the cells,
You mail, when you in jail.

And me I'm cool.
I down, had a family,
workin in school.
Every in a while,
I and wonder how we ever came to this
